      Job Posting Information: If you’re an employer, you may choose to post job listings on our platform. This information will be publicly visible to all visitors to our site.

      Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use our platform, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. 


Interns are in complete control of what data they make public

We give Interns control over whether they want to make their profile public to employers and what information they share on it. No Interns data uploaded to InternPlaza is ever viewable by any employer until an Intern has chosen to make their profile public.


InterPlaza will never sell personal Interns data

We never sell interns data to any one! Our idea is based on offering valuable features, simplifying and streamlining the internship process for our interns and employers. Your email address and personal data will never be sold to any third party.


How We Use Your Information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

      To provide and improve our platform: We use your information to operate and maintain our platform, and to develop new features and services.

      To communicate with you: We may use your contact information to send you emails, notifications, or other messages related to our platform.

      To connect employers and interns: If you’re an intern, we may share your resume and portfolio with potential employers who are looking to hire interns. If you’re an employer, we may share your job postings with potential interns who are looking for opportunities.

      To comply with legal obligations: We may use your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal requests.


How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data.

However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that your information will be completely protected. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Payments

InternPlaza provides the ability for employers to pay Interns, through the use of a third party payment processor. InternPlaza does not collect or use any of that payment information. If an employer has any conflicts regarding the method of payment acceptance, they should contact us. InternPlaza claims no responsibility or liability for payment transactions.


Your California Privacy Right

This Privacy Policy complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which requires that we provide California residents with notice that you have the right to:

  • opt-out of the sale of personal information
  •  know about personal information collected, disclosed or sold
  • to request deletion of personal information, and
  • to be treated without discrimination should you exercise these rights.

We do not sell any personal information collected from your use of the InternPlaza Service.
